The Dark Hollow Falls trail is the nearest waterfall to Skyline Drive, right near Big Meadows. You hike down to the falls then back up to the parking area. The trail can be slippery so wear decent shoes. Can't tell you how many times I've see adults and children attempting to hike this in flip flops. This shot is from the little bridge at the bottom of this trail. The main part of the falls is above. |
